I have finally read John Mackey's op-ed piece that was published in the WSJ last Friday. If you have not, you might want to check it out here. Without dwelling on it for too long during a workday, let me just say that I wish more people would think in this fashion. Here is a CEO who actively sought feedback from his employees while exercising fiduciary responsibility to his stockholders at the same time. A man who obviously believes in the power of the individual versus the collective mindset.
